We have created an interactive CD-ROM containing this 3D satellite image of the Kong Kong Special Administrative Region (Please click on the above images for an enlarged view). With this CD, you can view any area at your specified direction and elevation on your computer screen up to 1:50,000. There are two flybys which provide you with a guided fly-through tour from the air over the Hong Kong SAR. Details of this CD-ROM are available on request. |
| The New Hong Kong International Airport |

Below are two satellite images of the Lantau Island. The left one is taken before the construction of the new airport. The white arrow points to the Chek Lap Kok island. The image on the right indicates the new international airport. It is evident that a large portion of the airport is built on reclaimed land.
